What can you tell me about eStatements Expand/Collapse

eStatements are an electronic version of your printed statement, available on www.kscu.com Online Banking for access at any time from anywhere.

And with electronic versions of your statements available, there's no reason to get your printed statement anymore.  Click here if you would like learn more about our eStatements.

What Information do I need to open an account? Expand/Collapse

Please bring the following to your account opening appointment:

  • Two pieces  of acceptable identification, of which at least one must be primary identification
  • Your Social Insurance Number
  • Membership Share requirement ($25 for adults over 19 or $5 for youth up to 18). We will tell you more about this at your appointment.
All identification must be original and current. Photocopies will not be accepted.

  • Canadian Armed Forces ID card                            
  • Permanent Resident card                                           
  • Nexus Card

How do I set up a preauthorized payment from my account? Expand/Collapse

To set up a preauthorized payment to your account you will need your banking information.  Click here for details on branch numbers, account types and institution numbers for Kootenay Savings.  If you are unsure of how to fill out preauthorized documents, contact your branch for more information. 

How do I order cheques? Expand/Collapse

Logon to  your online banking account, select 'Account Services', 'Order Cheques', complete all necessary fields and select 'Order Cheques'.
